Socijalna uključenost

Older workers, young people the disabled and ethnic minorities face particular difficulties.  Women are over-represented in less well-paid and less secure parts of the economy.  

The EU is working to create more and better jobs, particularly through the European Employment Strategy.  The European Commission facilitates joint action by national governments, with input from trade unions, employer's organisations, local authorities and other partners.
